The Heat Pump Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and engineering solutions for heat pump projects, including product selection, application support, and coordination to ensure smooth project implementation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Warranty, After-Sales Service & Customer Retention.
Product Knowledge, Sales Documentation & Training.
Select appropriate technical solutions and design hot water systems, including calculating hot water demand, preparing system concept drawings, installation requirements, and technical documentation.
Review drawings and prepare quantity take-offs, as well as define system operating conditions.
Monitor and manage project documentation, warranty records, and related internal pricing information.
Follow up on inventory, place orders, and coordinate delivery of goods for projects.
Coordinate and support installation, commissioning, and system handover/acceptance, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, safety standards, and project timelines.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and arising issues, and prepare reports to ensure project targets in terms of timeline, revenue, and overall efficiency are achieved.
Support the handover and acceptance process with customers and other relevant parties
Be available for business travel to provinces when required for warranty or after-sales support cases.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduated with a major in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or Industrial Electricity.
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

SOFT SKILLS

Able to work under pressure.
Capable of organizing, independently executing tasks, and managing time effectively.
Proficient in AutoCAD, office computer skills.
Proficiency in English is an advantage
