To support our development, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our local management team.
The Human Resources Manager will develop, implement and manage HR policies, processes and projects aligned with GROUPE ATLANTIC’s strategy. The role requires strong field orientation, close collaboration with management and employees, and active contribution to transformation projects, including HRIS deployment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Recruitment & Workforce Planning:
Attract, recruit and retain employees by deploying effective recruitment strategies, managing employer branding actions and supporting managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
HR Operations, Payroll & Compensation:
Oversee working time, payroll processes and salary policies, ensuring compliance with local labor law while contributing to attractiveness, internal equity and employee retention.
Workday HRIS Implementation (Key Project):
Act as local HR project lead for the implementation of Workday HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent, Performance, Recruitment), ensuring data quality, alignment with Group standards, user training and change management.
Skills & Competency Management:
Support skills development, workforce capability planning and succession initiatives in coordination with Group HR and site management.
Employee Relations & Social Climate:
Maintain a constructive social climate, support employees in a complex context, ensure proximity to the shop floor and act as a trusted partner for both employees and managers.
Labor Law & Discipline:
Ensure compliance with Ukrainian labor law and internal regulations, and advise managers on disciplinary and employee relations matters.
HR Team Management:
Manage and develop the local HR team (payroll, administration, recruitment), fostering continuous improvement and service orientation.

BACKGROUND :
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR role, including managerial responsibilities
Experience in an international and manufacturing environment is a strong asset
Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes
Upper-intermediate to fluent English required
