Votre mission

Groupe Atlantic is looking for a Controller to work closely with the CFO and the rest of corporate management to better manage the financial assets of the Italian offices and plan future economic operations. The position will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports and help develop the organization's financial strategy.

The role requires flexibility and good stress management skills. Being placed in a multinational context the figure will have a global vision and must therefore have autonomy and aptitude for teamwork.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Management Control

  • Participates in the preparation of monthly Reporting in the format and timeframe defined by the Parent Company (extraction of data and control of the same in order to prepare a management profit and loss account (consolidated operating margin, transports IN, OUT, overheads...)

  • Analyzes the deviations of the final statement from the budget in collaboration with the manager and other function managers involved.

  • Participates in the budget process and budget drafting for the two branches (three times a year: budget, revised bdg and landing).

  • Proposes KPIs to track the activity of the Branch.

  • Analyzes transportation and logistics costs monthly.

  • Prepares, supported by the CFO, the monthly dashboard with the final balances and related KPIs to be presented to the management of the two relevant branches.

Accounting

  • Verifies the correctness of accounting entries according to Italian accounting principles.

  • Prepares interim and year-end closings (checking accruals, calculating bonuses, checking inventory valuation...).

  • Takes care of transfer pricing calculation in compliance with Group policies (in line with Transfer Price policy).

IT

  • Participates in the implementation and development of IT projects in the branch (SAP, HFM,BI...)

  • Is responsible for the costs of the products in the system (update, calculation, evolution...)

  • Required experience: 3-7 years in modernly structured and well-organized companies.

  • Availability for travel every 2 weeks

  • English: B1 level
