Votre mission

To support our development, we are looking for a Senior Finance Controller to join our teams.

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable finance professional to support the Finance Manager in strengthening treasury processes, financial controls, and reporting discipline.

The role will focus primarily on cash management, payment control, and financial data accuracy, while also supporting analytical and reporting activities (Flash, Board preparation, etc.).

The objective is to improve visibility, control, and reliability of financial information, ensuring alignment with Group standards and supporting future evolution of the finance organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support Finance Manager in daily finance operations, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting and control activities.

  • Contribute to preparation and follow-up of short- and mid-term cash flow forecasts, ensuring visibility and consistency of assumptions.

  • Review and analyze payment proposals and cash movements, ensuring alignment with Group policies and internal procedures.

  • Monitor key financial indicators (working capital, cash position, aging reports) and provide regular analysis to management.

  • Support preparation and validation of management reporting (Flash, Board presentations, monthly reporting), ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

  • Perform analytical reviews and cross-checks to ensure reliability of financial data across systems and reports.

  • Identify inconsistencies, risks or gaps in financial processes and proactively propose corrective actions.

  • Support and ensure accuracy of financial data within ERP (Canias), including reconciliation and consistency of information.

  • Participate in ERP-related topics and projects (e.g. direct cost structure), ensuring correct financial interpretation and alignment with reporting needs.

  • Contribute to improving data quality, reporting reliability and finance processes within ERP environment.

  • Act as a link between local finance team and Group Finance, ensuring alignment with Group standards and expectations.

  • Support implementation and follow-up of internal controls, particularly around financial flows and reporting processes.

Le profil idéal

BACKGROUND :

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting roles, ideally in an industrial or multinational environment.

• Experience with reporting, financial analysis, or cash-related topics is a strong advantage.

Technical skills:

• Good understanding of financial statements, reporting flows, and basic accounting principles.

• Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (experience with Kanyas or similar systems is a plus).

• Ability to work with data from multiple sources and ensure consistency and reliability.

Analytical & behavioral skills:

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify inconsistencies and challenge financial data.

• High attention to detail and focus on accuracy.

• Hands-on, structured and proactive approach to problem solving.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining good communication with stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving responsibilities.

Languages: Fluent in English and Turkish (both written and spoken).
